You will support our clients in their digital transformation through no-code tools, automation, and collaborative platforms.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze the needs of SME clients
- Set up tools such as Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Odoo, etc.
- Implement task automation workflows
- Train users and create documentation
Desired profile
- Experience in digital or IT project management
- Knowledge of no-code tools and ERP systems (a plus)
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French, technical English required
Conditions
- Workload: 80–100%
- Location: remote work + occasional presence in Vaud (CH)
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Contract: freelance mission with possible long-term evolution
You will be responsible for prospecting and business development for Karyntis among SMEs. You will help promote our expertise and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Main responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospects (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assess needs and present our services
- Schedule meetings for the founder or consultants
- Track opportunities using a CRM
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the commercial strategy
Desired profile
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, energetic, persistent
- Perfect French, English is a plus

- Workload: 60–100%
- Location: remote work from Switzerland or abroad
